About Us
We have worked in more than 10 states across the US with campaigns from statewide to school board.
We’ve seen what works and what doesn’t – and we want you to have the benefit of that experience. Most people we work with are more than smart enough to figure out everything we know, but it doesn’t pay to reinvent the wheel. Elections are a zero sum game and your opponent will be doing everything they can to beat you. You need to find every edge you can to create the best chance of coming out on top so you can move on to do the real work of holding elected office.
Bradley L’Herrou
Bradley has worked as a General Consultant with dozens of Democratic candidates in seven states. That includes campaigns for Congress, State Attorney, Mayor, State House, County Commission, City Council, and School Board. He believes in the power of elected officials to change communities for the better, and is committed to helping people with good values win their way to seats of power.
Bradley’s interest in improving local communities extends to work with nonprofit clients who are typically looking to build long-term sustainable development systems and relationships. This presents different challenges than the churning cycle of political campaigns, but also comes with its own set of opportunities to make durable investments in the future.
In addition to his work with L&H, Bradley maintains a collection of resources for candidates and campaign workers at My Campaign Guide.
Travis Holsclaw
Starting at age 18, Travis served in the U.S. Navy as a Sonar Technician on submarines. Afterward, one of his priorities became volunteer work with not-for-profit organizations and with candidates for public office. Ultimately, that work continues today in his professional capacity as a General Consultant. Travis has worked in all areas of political campaigns including fundraising, financial compliance, data management, digital campaigns, and field organization. His nonprofit experience includes operations and development.
Travis worked on the successful campaign to defeat 2022’s high-profile ballot amendment in Kentucky immediately following the Dobbs decision from the US Supreme Court. He has worked with Senate Caucuses in multiple states to develop campaign fundraising infrastructure that built resources for targeted races.
Travis has roots in Tampa, Florida and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a minor in Political Science at the University of South Florida. He remains deeply involved in the Tampa community as a volunteer. He has a polydactyl cat named Kurt after his favorite author Kurt Vonnegut.
